Affiliate Programs

There are two types of Affiliate programs with Noble Adventures.

One for recruiting clients to attend a trip and another for helping us find sponsors.

Each will receive a 10% commission.

Commissions

For a sale to generate a commission to an Affiliate, the client must complete the full registration form and remit full payment for the trip. Commissions will only be paid on sales that are made when the clients states they were first introduced to Noble Adventures by the Affiliate.

Payment

The Affiliate must complete an IRS form 1099. The Affiliate will receive a commission for each new signup 15 days before the trip, at which point the trip is non-refundable to the client. Payments will generally be paid out via check or electronic payment to the Affiliate.

Refunds

If a client is granted a refund for the trip that the Affiliate has earned commissions. Any commissions earned on the refund amount will be deducted from the Affiliate's balance. If the Affiliate has no balance, the Affiliate will need to send a via check or electronic refund payment as reimbursement.

Usage and Obligations

Affiliates are permitted to use the Noble Adventures brand, and marketing resources available for the Affiliates. Logos and other assets cannot be modified. The Affiliate does not gain any trademark, copyright, or any other rights to these materials.

The Affiliate will never imply that they are acting on behalf of Noble Adventures.

The Affiliate will never represent themselves as Noble Adventures or their relationship with Noble Adventures in a false or misleading way.

Term and Termination

Either party has the right to terminate the agreement immediately without prior notice.

If the Affiliate terminates the agreement, no further commissions from Noble Adventures will be paid for any past or future client transactions.

If Noble Adventures chooses to terminate the agreement, all balances will be paid to the Affiliate within 60 days of termination.

If the client attends multiple trips, Noble Adventures will not be obligated for any future payments after the first trip the client takes with Noble Adventures.

Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.

Arbitration

All claims and disputes arising under or relating to this agreement are to be settled by binding arbitration in the State of California. An award of arbitration may be confirmed in a court of competent jurisdiction.

Modification

Noble Adventures may modify any of the terms and conditions within this agreement at any time and at our sole discretion. These modifications may include but are not limited to changes in the scope of available commissions, commission schedules, payment procedures, and Affiliate Program rules.
