The Noble Experience Highlights
Come journey with us and help heal one community at a time, while exploring waterfalls and jungles, beaches and forests. Come build an orphanage for innocent victims of poverty and disease, or install a water system for those without clean water. Meet Maasai people who will teach you how to create beautiful beadwork while laughing easily about our different world views.
Explore all our planet has to offer... You may even unearth hopes and dreams you put away for a later date.
Now is the time, this is the year.
Having the patience to listen to others – particularly those we aim to serve – is central to being a true leader. Listening is an act of empathy, a state of quiet action in which we seek to understand how others think and hope to live their lives.
~ Jacqueline Novogratz ~

Your Journey begins with a simple YES…
Our life changing adventures take you around the world
We will explore the must-sees, but we go even further. Our culturally immersive experiences benefit the local community but the ripple effect of the experience carry on for much longer after we have left. We are proud to partner with programs that impact various areas of focus, particularly clean water initiatives, sustainable microenterprise, and programs that empower our youth which include education and youth leadership initiatives.

Become A Noble Adventurer
Christina will work with the group to release specific conflict-creating issues, discuss challenging habits and limiting thoughts.
Individual and team conflicts, unclear alignment, culture shock, unrealistic expectations and travel discomforts… these things can and do happen while on service collaboratives, but instead of letting these challenges short circuit the team, Christina will help focus the team on the gifts within these potential problems and turn them into opportunities to learn and grow.
Our goal of Noble Adventures is become comfortable in uncertainty, innovative in the face of hardships and challenge, and free to be flexible and more adaptive.
Ultimately, we learn to take what is experienced on the adventure and realized through reflection, take it home, applying the lessons learned in our own communities, organizations and living rooms. As these challenges dissolve, you’ll sense the core of peace that can continue to direct your life long after your adventure is complete.

Dia de los Muertos Itinerary

Oct 27th
Arrival & Welcome: Set Intentions for your Experience
Arrive at Morelia International Airport. Be greeted by the Noble Adventures Director of Collaboratives to transport you to our accommodations at Cabanas Legoverde.
We will get settled in our rooms and allow time for rest from the flights. Take time to unpack, relax and refresh, and/or explore the grounds around you. You’ll find that the natural beauty and tranquility of the Cabanas will draw you further away from your everyday life and deeper into peace.
We will gather to meet the rest of the team, and review our service project, its development, and its impact on the community.
For dinner, you’ll be served a beautiful meal in the cozy and friendly setting of the leadership retreat center.
Fire Circle - Christina and Hernani will work with the group to address any specific concerns or personal challenges that may have arisen.
On this first evening, we find that folks are tired from travel but often wired from sensory overload. All of this is normal, so we hold space for this first night for people to be gentle with themselves and decide what they need to become comfortable and rested for the week ahead.

You can shower, nap, journal, or relax outside and take in the view. We will offer a guided meditation for those who seek deep relaxation and stress relief.
Dinner: We will be joined by the local community members to have dinner family style.

I know of no single formula for success. But over the years I have observed that some attributes of leadership are universal and are often about finding ways of encouraging people to combine their efforts, their talents, their insights, their enthusiasm and their inspiration to work together.
