➡️ 🥾 WALKING: Be prepared for hills, uneven payment and steps. Avenues in villages can have steep inclines that you must be able to negotiate without difficulty. We caution that this trip is not the right fit if you have difficulty walking or have a health-related condition that would limit participation or inconvenience the rest of the group. Please note that we are unable to accommodate walkers, wheelchairs or motorized vehicles. *
➡️ 🧳 LUGGAGE: We suggest traveling with no more than one medium-size checked bag and one carry-on bag. Note that we are unable to accommodate extra large, over-sized or excessive baggage. *
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE DAYS: Arrival and Departure information will be included in your confirmation email. Be sure to carefully note and follow all pick-up or drop-off instructions, locations and details. *
‼️ TRAVEL INSURANCE: If you must cancel your trip for any reason whatsoever - including health reasons for yourself or a family member, travel ban or any personal reason - cancellation fees as stated in our terms and conditions will apply. Travel insurance - specifically trip cancellation insurance - can cover some or all of these expenses. Therefore we highly recommend you contact your local travel agency to obtain a travel insurance policy.*
Emergency Contact: Please provide the name and phone number of someone we can contact on your behalf in the unlikely event of an emergency, and his/her relationship to you (husband, sister, mother, uncle, etc.).*
TRIP CANCELLATION TERMS:
You are responsible for reading and understanding our terms and cancellation policy. Please note that exceptions cannot be made to these terms.
▶︎ Cancel within 30 days of booking and your trip deposit is fully refundable
▶︎ Cancel AFTER 30 days of booking and your trip deposit is NONREFUNDABLE
▶︎ Your Trip Balance Payment is due 120 days prior to the trip start date. Should your trip balance payment not be received, after a maximum of 3 attempts, we will consider your space on the trip as forfeited, and your deposit as nonrefundable.
▶︎ Should you cancel your trip AFTER having paid your Trip Balance, the following cancellation terms will apply:
120 – 61 Days – Refund of any trip payments collected MINUS a cancellation fee of $1,500 USD
60 – 31 Days – Refund of any trip payments collected MINUS a cancellation fee of $2,500 USD
30 – 0 Days – No Refund
